Return and Exchange Policy

For online orders, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full return/exchange/ refund.
  • For wrongly sent or with factory defect items, we will refund you the full amount of the item plus any shipping fees incurred.
  • For returned items due to personal preferences – exchange of size, color, etc., then the shipping costs would be shouldered by the customer.
You may return products within 7 days from the products’ delivery date. Your refund will be credited to the form of payment used to make the purchase (For COD transactions, refunds will either be transferred via Bank account, Paymaya, or Gcash) . Please note that all items marked 'Final Sale' (such as masks, filters, underwear, etc.) are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE
Chain monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
 
STEPS TO RETURN A PACKAGE:
Step 1: Send us an email at inquiry@thechainreactions.com to let us know that you’re returning a package and a picture of your package. Please make the subject of your email the following “Return: (order number)”
Step 2:  Please follow the instructions that we will be sending you as to how to return the package.
Step 3: After we receive your package at our HQ, our team will have it checked. We will email you a notification regarding the status of your package. When it has passed quality check, we will then have it exchanged, replaced, or refunded.

NOTE:
· Online purchases can only be returned/refunded within 7 days of receiving the item/s, and only with its packaging complete (i.e., with its original packaging, pouch, and tag).
· Items tagged as Final Sale are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE
· Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges are only applicable to products purchased on our website.
· Chain reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our HQ.
